1. Who should sign up to the MarketBox Affiliate Program?

Owner-operators, and service providers in the health & wellness, education, and field service space. The affiliate program is best for individuals who want to actively promote MarketBox on their website, email, blog posts, social media and within their communities.

2. Does it cost anything to be an affiliate?

Not at all, signing up as a MarketBox affiliate is completely free. There are no minimums targets or other requirements to earn a commission.

3. What qualifies as a successful referral?

Net new customers that subscribe to a paid MarketBox plan, within 90 days of clicking your affiliate link will be eligible for the affiliate commission.

4. How will I know when my network uses my referral link and signs up?

You can track your referrals, payouts and stats in your dashboard by signing in to FirstPromoter.

5. How does the payout process work?

Payouts are fulfilled via PayPal. When signing up for the Affiliate Program, you'll be prompted to connect your PayPal account to FirstPromoter for future payouts.

6. Is there a limit to how many customers I can refer?

Not at all. You can refer as many customers as you like.

7. What happens if a referred customer cancels their plan?

If one of your referred customers cancels their MarketBox plan, you'll receive commissions up to that customer's final billing month.

8. Do you provide support to affiliates?
